Taste & See
Come and explore the Christian faith with us over four meals. Whether you’re exploring for the first time or want to revisit some of life’s big questions, these meals are a unique opportunity to learn more. Over this four-part series, we’ll take time to dive into what the Bible has to say about God and the world. Enjoy good food in great company and discuss life, faith and meaning with curiosity and respect.
Tuesdays: 12th-19th-26th May, 2nd June
6.30pm at St Aidan’s hall

Ruled or redeemed?
Friday 1st May 6.30-9.30pm
Dr Marshall Ballantine-Jones has been researching ways to mitigate the negative impact of pornography and sexualised social media behaviours on adolescents for a long time. He’s got a heart for Jesus and for seeing the next generation of youth live lives of redemption in Christ online and offline. He will help us overcome guilt, shame and addiction with the hope of the gospel.
We’ll also spend some time in small groups encouraging and equipping one another to glorify God whether we’re on our phones or IRL. We’ll also sing together, play some games and enjoy supper at the end.
Your youth group leaders will be there to run discussion groups, games, music and food.
Register online and share with your friends. Friday 1st May 6.30-9.30pm @TRAC gym.

A lot has changed in just 12 months: social media bans for under-16s, age verification for adult content, and AI’s explosive rise – unleashing deepfake porn, deceptive chatbots, and identity-shaping algorithms. Threats like the manosphere, looksmaxxing, and sextortion put predators one click away, while influencers erode wellbeing. Practical Parenting Strategies for AI, Social Media & Porn Bans equips you with the knowledge and tools to safeguard your kids’ hearts, minds, and future.
